Make individual tds classes for different calibration types

Make CalibModel (CondModel ??) class to describe hierarchy in the TDS.

Add write services to StripSrv

Make analagous class(es) for handling ROOT persistent form

Determine whether some of the classes in this package are obsolete. If so, remove them.

Write skeleton implementation for classes representing basic objects described in xml: tables, columns, etc.

Figure out additional services these classes should provide so that clients can communicate with database
